An excellent company. Their quality and professionalism is top notch, their designer Rosa is very talented and a pleasure to work with. Their pricing is on the high side of things, I would suggest using this company if you're more concerned with the quality than you are with the price.

We needed some adjustments to our kitchen cabinets to accommodate new appliances. From start to finish everything was top notch. Gil was meticulous with the installation and went above and beyond the call of duty by dealing with some unanticipated details. Everything looks amazing. For a small job, we were exceptionally pleased with the follow through that the professional and friendly staff provided. A special shout out to Bill, Pam, and Gil.

Twelve years ago we had our kitchen and family room feature wall beautifully renovated by Pacific Rim. It remains in almost the exact condition as it was then! Over this time, the only issues were fingernail marks (quickly erased with a brown sharpie) and one (!) drawer which had old-age aches. Pam arranged for Gil to do a quick touch up and fix the tired drawer. Today we have the same super kitchen we had in April, 2008! Our home is being re-carpetted and re-painted but we have zero plans to remodel this kitchen. Thank you Pacific Rim for producing a high quality, long-lasting product which is so rare these days!
